How Are Your Students Blogging To Learn? Share Your Blog Links!

So for the past few weeks I’ve been trying to think of all the ways I can get students to write blogs.  If you are out there working with students, getting them to blog and respond to blogs, I would love to hear about it.  Please comment below, and share a link to a student example or to your own blog explaining  how you and your students are using blogging.  Want to help me out even more? Tweet this to your followers!

So, this is an example of one thing you might want to share. Thanks to the author!

My students blog about their lives, interesting things that happen to them, and stories that we are writing in class. They love it, they blog in the evenings and on weekends!

My students are using blogger to document their artwork. Only completed our preliminary post so far. The plan is to use the built-in camera in our Mac-books to capture artwork, then post and describe changes or success and failure.
I’ll start with my oldest students and use the blogs for critique prep, and sometimes for entire critiques. For this, I’ll likely require a certain number of critique entries.
